मेषवृषकर्किलग्ने हिमगौ धनवान् सुखी नृपालसमः। वाग्बुद्धिवित्तरहितो लग्नस्थे नोक्तभेषु बलरहिते॥१०॥

If at a birth the Moon occupy the signs Mesha, Vrishabha, or Karkataka identical with the Lagna, the person concerned will be rich, happy and equal to a king. When the Moon occupies any other sign identical with the Lagna, the person will be devoid of speech, intellect and riches and will have no strength too.

english translation

meSavRSakarkilagne himagau dhanavAn sukhI nRpAlasamaH। vAgbuddhivittarahito lagnasthe noktabheSu balarahite॥10॥
