स्वस्वत्रिकोणभवनादुपचयजामित्रभवनानि। सोच्चं क्षेत्रं हित्वा तेषामीशास्तु शत्रवो ज्ञेयाः॥९॥
The lords of the 3rd, 6th, 7th, 10th and 11th houses from their respective Moolatrikona houses happen to be the enemies of the various planets. This rule does not apply to the lords of their exaltation-Rasis.
