कष्टं मध्ये श्रेष्ठं भानोः केन्द्रादिसंस्थिते शशिनि। चन्द्रे क्षीणे विफलं सुनफादिफलं न सम्यगायाति॥७॥

According as the Moon occupies a Kendra, a Panapara or an Apoklima house in respect to the Sun, will the resulting Yoga be miserable, medium or best. When the Moon is waning, the effects of Sunapha and other Yogas will not be highly powerful, but will only prove weak and useless.

english translation

kaSTaM madhye zreSThaM bhAnoH kendrAdisaMsthite zazini। candre kSINe viphalaM sunaphAdiphalaM na samyagAyAti॥7॥
