बलरहितेन्दुरविभ्यां युक्तैर्भौमादिभिर्ग्रहैः पुरुषाः। न भवन्ति भूमिपाला दशासु तेषां सुतार्थसंयुक्ताः॥१९॥

These men with the five planets beginning with Mars, and with the two luminaries weak, do not become kings during their Dasas, but are only blessed with children and wealth.

english translation

balarahitenduravibhyAM yuktairbhaumAdibhirgrahaiH puruSAH। na bhavanti bhUmipAlA dazAsu teSAM sutArthasaMyuktAH॥19॥
