अस्तु वा मास्तु वा मुक्तिरत्रैवाखण्डितं महत् I लयामृतं लये सौख्यं राजयोगादवाप्यते ॥४-१६॥
There might be or might not be a state of liberation, but this certainly is the state of profound and uninterrupted Bliss. This Blissful state of absorption is attained through rajayoga.

In the second state of ghata, the vayu ( prana) passes through the middle path (suṣhumna), stability in asana is gained and the yogi becomes like a cupid.
