अयं च सर्वनाडीनामूर्ध्व गतिविबोधकः I त्रिवेणीसंगमं धत्ते केदारं प्रापयेन्मनः ॥२-४६॥
This promotes all the currents of Nadis moving in upward direction, brings about the confluence of the three Nadis (iḍa, pingala and suṣumna) and fixes the mind between the eye-brows (kedara).

यह नाड़ियों की सभी धाराओं को ऊपर की ओर बढ़ने को बढ़ावा देता है, तीन नाड़ियों (इदा, पिंगला और सुषुम्ना) का संगम कराता है और मन को भौंहों (केदार) के बीच स्थिर करता है।
