विचित्रकरणीं कृत्वा निर्भीतः” रेचयेज्जलम् I यावदबलं प्रपूर्यैव क्षणं स्थित्वा विरेचयेत् ॥१-४६॥
After practising vicitra karaṇi without fear, expell the water. One should fill up the water to the capacity, wait for sometime before it is expelled.

विचित्र करणि का अभ्यास करने के बाद बिना किसी डर के पानी को बाहर निकाल दें। पानी को क्षमता तक भर लेना चाहिए, पानी बाहर निकालने से पहले कुछ देर इंतजार करना चाहिए।
