पेष्यैर्मृणालबिसकेसरपत्रबीजैः सिद्धं सहेमशकलं पयसा च सर्पिः । पञ्चारविन्दमिति तत्प्रथितं पृथिव्यां प्रभ्रष्टपौरुषबलप्रतिभैर्निषेव्यम् ॥ ४८ ॥

Paste of mṛṇāla – stalk of lotus – Nelumbo nucifera, bisa – (padma) -­ Nelumbo nucifera, kesara – stamens of Nelumbo nucifera, patra – (lotus petals) – Nelumbo nucifera, bīja – and seeds of Nelumbo nucifera, thin flakes of hema (gold), payasā ca – milk and ghee cooked together is known as Panchaaravinda ghrita, if used it is very beneficial to those who have lost their potency, strength and intelligence on the earth.
