स्विन्नानि तान्यामलकानि तृप्त्या खादेन्नरः क्षौद्रघृतान्वितानि । क्षीरं शृतं चानु पिबेत्प्रकामं तेनैव वर्तेत च मासमेकम् ॥३०॥
