अवतीर्णं हिमं युञ्ज्याद्विंशैः क्षौद्रशतैस्त्रिभिः । ततः खजेन मथितं निदध्याद्घृतभाजने ॥ २० ॥

Once taken off the fire and allowed to cool, three hundred and twenty palas (15.36 kg) of honey (kṣaudra) should be incorporated. The confection should then be thoroughly churned with a wooden ladle (khaja) and stored in a vessel that has been smeared with ghee.
