सितोपलार्धभारं च पात्राणि त्रीणि सर्पिषः । द्वे च तैलात्पचेत्सर्वं तदग्नौ लेहतां गतम् ॥ १९ ॥

half a bhāra (48 kg) of sitopalā (sugar candy), three pātras (approximately 23 kg) of ghee, and two pātras (approximately 15.3 kg) of taila (sesame oil). All these ingredients are cooked together over a gentle fire until the mixture reaches a confection/jam consistency (lehātā).
