लौहं रजो वेल्लभवं च सर्पिःक्षौद्रद्रुतं स्थापितमब्दमात्रम् । समुद्गके बीजकसारक् प्ते लिहन् बली जीवति कृष्णकेशः ॥ १५० ॥

Powder (ash) of iron and of Embelia ribes mixed with ghee and honey, kept sealed inside saucers prepared from bījaka sāra – Pterocarpus marsupium and kept for one year, used afterwards (licked), the person lives with good strength and black hairs.
