पिष्ट्वाऽऽजपयसा लोहाल्लिप्तादर्कांशुतापितात् । तैलं स्रुतं क्षीरभुजो नावनात्पलितान्तकृत् ॥ ३६ ॥

ground with goat’s milk (ājapayasā piṣṭvā) into a paste and smeared on an iron vessel (lohāl liptād); when exposed to the heat of the sun (arkāṃśu-tāpitāt), the oil that trickles/exudates out (tailaṃ srutaṃ), when used for Nāvana Nasya by a person consuming a milk diet (kṣīrabhujo), cures Palita (premature graying of hair).
