When pathyā (Haritaki – Terminalia chebula) are boiled in cow urine until they completely lose their shape (become dissolved/minced), and with this thick liquid, the powder of jala – Vetiveria zizanioides / Nymphaea stellata, miśi – Peucedanum graveolens, and kuṣṭha – Saussurea lappa are macerated (bhāvitānām): the person who consumes even an atom (aṇu) of this medicine will not be troubled by diseases of the mouth (vaktra-rogāḥ), just as bad/useless things do not touch a king who listens to wise counsel.
