छिन्द्यान्नासासमं पत्रं तत्तुल्यं च कपोलतः । त्वङ्मांसं नासिकासन्ने रक्षंस्तत्तनुतां नयेत् ॥ ६० ॥
A (thick) leaf should be cut in the shape of the (normal) nose, placed on the cheek (which is nearby) and skin of similar shape cut from the cheek protecting the skin and muscle in the proximity of the nose, the layer is delicately removed.
