सीव्येद्गण्डं ततः सूच्या सेविन्या पिचुयुक्तया । नासाच्छेदेऽथ लिखिते परिवर्त्योपरि त्वचम् ॥ ६१ ॥

Later, with the help of needle and suturing thread, along with the swab, the cheek is sutured keeping (the proximal) edge intact on cheek, the other (distal) edge of the skin and muscle is pulled up, rolled over and placed on the nose, which has been scraped (to cause bleeding);

sIvyedgaNDaM tataH sUcyA sevinyA picuyuktayA । nAsAcchede'tha likhite parivartyopari tvacam ॥ 61 ॥
