सौधेषु सौधधवलां चन्द्रिकां रजनीमुखे । तुषारक्षारसौहित्यदधितैलवसातपान् ॥ ५४ ॥

Sit on the top roof of a building plastered with lime and enjoy the bright moonlight which is like lime. Do not consume the following ten things in this season, they are unhealthy- 1. Dew, 2. Alkaline substances, 3. Eating a full stomach, 4. Curd, 5. Oil, 6. Fat (substances cooked by animal affection), 7. Strong sunlight (Gham)
