शरद् ऋतुचर्या—वर्षा ऋतु में पानी से भीगे हुए अतएव शीततायुक्त प्राणियों के शरीरों में पित्त का संचय क्रमशः होता रहता है। उसके बाद शरद् ऋतु के आ जाने पर एकाएक सूर्य की तेज किरणों द्वारा तपे हुए प्राणियों के शरीरों में वर्षाकाल में संचित हुआ पित्त इस समय कुपित हो जाता है।
