क्लैब्याग्निमार्दवच्छर्दिरामप्रायविकारदाः । वसाभसकफप्राज्यपुरीषाः सप्रवाहिकाः ॥ ४१ ॥
impotence, dyspepsia, vomiting and diseases caused by Ama; the faeces resembles muscle-fat mixed with Kapha (mucus), more in quantity, associated with straining;

klaibyAgnimArdavacchardirAmaprAyavikAradAH । vasAbhasakaphaprAjyapurISAH sapravAhikAH ॥ 41 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptन स्रवन्ति न भिद्यन्ते पाण्डुस्निग्धत्वगादयः । संसृष्टलिङ्गाः संसर्गान्निचयात्सर्वलक्षणाः ॥ ४२ ॥
sprouts neither exude (blood) nor break (get split); the skin etc. are yellowish-white in colour and greasy. Tridoshaja Arshas: That produced by all the Doshas will have all the symptoms simultaneously.

na sravanti na bhidyante pANDusnigdhatvagAdayaH । saMsRSTaliGgAH saMsargAnnicayAtsarvalakSaNAH ॥ 42 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptरक्तोल्बणा गुदेकीलाः पित्ताकृतिसमन्विताः । वटप्ररोहसदृशा गुञ्जाविद्रुमसन्निभाः ॥ ४३ ॥
Rectal sprouts produced by aggravation of Rakta (blood) are similar with those caused by Pitta (in symptoms), resemble the sprouts of Vata, the seeds of Gunja – Abrus precatorius and bead of coral;

raktolbaNA gudekIlAH pittAkRtisamanvitAH । vaTaprarohasadRzA guJjAvidrumasannibhAH ॥ 43 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेऽत्यर्थं दुष्टमुष्णं च गाढविट्प्रतिपीडिताः । स्रवन्ति सहसा रक्तं तस्य चातिप्रवृत्तितः ॥ ४४ ॥
troubled by the hard faeces, the pile masses exude impure and warm blood suddenly; from such heavy bleeding

te'tyarthaM duSTamuSNaM ca gADhaviTpratipIDitAH । sravanti sahasA raktaM tasya cAtipravRttitaH ॥ 44 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभेकाभः पीड्यते दुःखैः शोणितक्षयसम्भवैः । हीनवर्णबलोत्साहो हतौजः कलुषेन्द्रियः ॥ ४५ ॥
the person develops the color of the frog and suffers from diseases caused by loss of blood, becomes poor in color, strength and enthusiasm; destroyed of vigor and impaired sensory activities.
