In that caused by all the three Doshas (Sannipata), all the symptoms are present simultaneously. The person appears just like a patient suffering from Apasmara (epilepsy), falling to the ground rapidly with complete loss of consciousness, but without Bhibhatsa-chesta—the horrifying movements typical of epilepsy (such as the appearance of froth at the corners of the mouth, unusual sounds from the throat, or jerky movements of the arms and legs). Thus ends the diagnosis of Murccha (fainting).
