शुक्रस्य शीघ्रमुत्सर्गं सङ्गं विकृतिमेव वा । तद्वद्गर्भस्य शुक्रस्थः सिरास्वाध्मानरिक्तते ॥ १३ ॥
Vata afflicting Shukra Dhatu : In the Shukra Dhatu, Vata causes premature ejaculation, obstruction-non-ejaculation or abnormal ejaculation, so also of the fetus – premature, obstructed or abnormal delivery of the fetus. Vata afflicting Sira: Blood vessels : In the blood vessels, Vata causes either their fullness or emptiness.
