Astanga Hrudaya
कफात्कण्डूयुतः स्निग्धः कफज्वरसमानरुक् । स्वदोषलिङ्गैश्चीयन्ते सर्वे स्फोटैरुपेक्षिताः ॥ ४९ ॥
In that caused by kapha, there is itching, an unctuous/greasy texture, and symptoms similar to Kaphajwara. When neglected, each kind develops eruptive blebs or vesicles showing the symptoms of their respective doshas.
