कफाच्छीतो गुरुः स्निग्धः कण्डूमान् कठिनोऽल्परुक् । कृष्णस्फोटावृतः पित्तवृद्धिलिङ्गश्च रक्ततः ॥ २५ ॥
in Vruddhi caused by kapha (the scrotum) is cold, heavy, unctuous, itching, hard and with slight pain; in Vruddhi caused by blood, scrotum is studded with black eruptions (boils) and has the symptoms of increase of pitta;
