साध्ययाप्यपरित्याज्या मेहास्तेनैव तद्भवाः । समासमक्रियतया महात्ययतयाऽपि च ॥ ६ ॥

Sadhya Asadhyata (prognosis) : Prameha is classified as curable, controllable and rejectable, on the basis of their root cause of origin – Doshas. Based on identical therapy (Sama Kriya) for both Kapha Dosha and Prameha, in case of Kaphaja Prameha, unidentical, opposite therapies for Pitta and Prameha, in case of Pittaja Prameha and greater danger involved due to excessively aggravated Vata Dosha, in case of Vataja Prameha.
