पुत्रिणी च विदारी च दुःसहा बहुमेदसः । सह्याः पित्तोल्बणास्त्वन्याः सम्भवन्त्यल्पमेदसः ॥ ३५ ॥

Putrini and Vidarika, are difficult to bear (and also to treat); these arise from a predominance of fat tissue (bahu-medas). The remaining eruptions, which have a predominance of Pitta and arise from less fat tissue (alpa-medas), are bearable (and easy to treat).
