आप्यायनः संहननः शुक्रदो बलवर्धनः । स दाडिमयुतो वृष्यः संस्कृतो दोषनाशनः ॥३६१॥
It is nourishing, strengthening, enhances vitality, and when combined with pomegranate, it becomes effective for increasing fertility. It is prepared to balance the doshas and is beneficial for health.

यह पोषक, बलवर्धक, और जीवनीय है, और जब अनार के साथ मिलाया जाता है, तो यह संतानोत्पत्ति में सहायक होता है। इसे दोषों को संतुलित करने के लिए तैयार किया जाता है और स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभकारी होता है।

It pleases all beings, particularly those with dry mouth. It is excellent for alleviating hunger and thirst, and is known for its cooling, sweet taste.

Meat that has lost its essence is not nourishing or strengthening. It is constipating, difficult to digest, dry, tasteless, and causes wind.

जो मांस अपनी रसा को खो चुका है, वह पोषक और बलवर्धक नहीं होता। यह कब्जियत उत्पन्न करने वाला, पचने में कठिन, सूखा, स्वादहीन और वायुकारक होता है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptदीप्ताग्नीनां सदा पथ्यः खानिष्कस्तु परं गुरुः । मांसं निरस्थि सुस्विन्नं पुनर्दृषदि पेषितम् ॥३६४॥
Meat that is prepared with a strong fire is always suitable. The best meat is that which is well-cooked, devoid of sinew, and tender, especially when freshly ground.

जो मांस तेज अग्नि पर पकाया जाता है, वह हमेशा उपयुक्त होता है। सबसे अच्छा मांस वह है जो अच्छी तरह से पकाया गया, नसहीन और मुलायम हो, विशेषकर जब ताजे तौर पर पीसा गया हो।

"Meat should be properly cooked with pippali, ginger, pepper, jaggery, and ghee. This is known as the best method for cooking and is termed 'Vesavara'."
