पिप्पलीशुण्ठिमरिचगुडसर्पिःसमन्वितम् । ऐकध्यं पाचयेत् सम्यग्वेसवार इति स्मृतः ॥३६५॥
"Meat should be properly cooked with pippali, ginger, pepper, jaggery, and ghee. This is known as the best method for cooking and is termed 'Vesavara'."
english translation
"मांस को पिप्पली, अदरक, मिर्च, गुड़, और घी के साथ अच्छे से पकाना चाहिए। यह सबसे अच्छा तरीका माना जाता है और 'वेसवारा' कहा जाता है।"
