गुरुः किलाटोऽनिलहा पुंस्त्वनिद्राप्रदः स्मृतः । मधुरौ बृंहणौ वृष्यौ तद्वत्पीयूषमोरटौ ॥९१॥
The buttermilk that is heavy, pacifies vata, and promotes vitality is considered to have properties similar to that of a tonic. It is nourishing, increases strength, and enhances sexual vigor, similar to the effects of nectar and juice.
