मेदःस्थौल्यापहं ग्राहि पुराणमतिलेखनम् । दोषत्रयहरं पक्वमाममम्लं त्रिदोषकृत् ॥१४१॥

Honey that reduces obesity, is easily digestible, and has the qualities of old honey, is beneficial. It is suitable for pacifying all three doshas, is well-cooked, and has a sour taste that balances the three doshas.
