मेदःस्थौल्यापहं ग्राहि पुराणमतिलेखनम् | दोषत्रयहरं पक्वमाममम्लं त्रिदोषकृत् ||१४१||

Honey that reduces obesity, is easily digestible, and has the qualities of old honey, is beneficial. It is suitable for pacifying all three doshas, is well-cooked, and has a sour taste that balances the three doshas.

जो मधु मेदोधातु के कारण स्थूलता को दूर करता है, और पुराना मधु की विशेषताओं को धारण करता है, वह ग्राह्य होता है। यह त्रिदोषों को शांत करने के लिए उपयुक्त होता है, पकाया गया होता है, और अम्लित स्वाद में होता है जो त्रिदोषों को संतुलित करता है।
