A sudden onset of disease due to an imbalance in the natural qualities of the land or season is detrimental to the wealth, strength, and longevity of the physician and others.

A disease that is equal in the body and fire, which is easily treatable and straightforward, is called a "sukhāsādhyatama" (easily treatable). However, if it deviates from this, it becomes difficult to treat and is characterized by complications.
