ये च मर्मस्वसम्भूता भवन्त्यत्यर्थवेदनाः || दह्यन्ते चान्तरत्यर्थं बहिः शीताश्च ये व्रणाः ||१७||

Ulcers that originate from the vital points and cause extreme pain, those that burn intensely internally, and those that are cold externally should be avoided.

english translation

वे व्रण जो महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं से उत्पन्न होते हैं और अत्यधिक दर्द का कारण बनते हैं, जो आंतरिक रूप से तीव्र जलन पैदा करते हैं, और जो बाहरी रूप से ठंडे होते हैं, उन्हें परहेज करना चाहिए।
