तत्र शारीरं दन्तरोमनखादि धातवोऽन्नमला दोषाश्च दुष्टाः; आगन्त्वपि शारीरशल्यव्यतिरेकेण यावन्तो भावा दुःखमुत्पादयन्ति ||६||

Here, the bodily elements such as teeth, hair, nails, and others, which are made up of the dhatus (tissues), as well as food, waste, and doshas (imbalances), can cause discomfort when they become disturbed. Similarly, external factors, apart from the body splinters, can also produce suffering.

english translation

यहाँ, दांत, बाल, नाखून आदि जैसे शारीरिक तत्व, जो धातुओं से बने होते हैं, और भोजन, मल, और दोष, जब विकृत हो जाते हैं, तो वे भी असुविधा पैदा कर सकते हैं। इसी प्रकार, बाहरी तत्व, शरीर के शल्य के अलावा, दुख उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं।
