सुखमेवं व्रणी शेते सुखं गच्छति तिष्ठति । सुखं शय्यासनस्थस्य क्षिप्रं संरोहति व्रणः ॥३१॥
Thus, the wounded person sleeps comfortably, moves and stands with ease. The wound of one who lies or sits comfortably heals quickly.

इस प्रकार, व्रण वाला व्यक्ति आराम से सोता है, सहजता से चलता और खड़ा होता है। जो व्यक्ति आराम से लेटता या बैठता है, उसका व्रण शीघ्रता से ठीक हो जाता है।

When unbandaged, those affected by conditions caused by pitta, blood disorders, trauma, or poison, as well as those suffering from severe inflammation, burning, swelling, redness, and pain—whether due to the application of alkali or fire—develop wounds where the flesh becomes inflamed, decayed, and disintegrated due to infection.
