अनुप्रविश्य पिशितं पेशीर्विभजते तथा । मेदसः स्नेहमादाय सिरास्नायुत्वमाप्नुयात् ॥२९॥
Entering the flesh, it divides the fat, and by taking the essence, it acquires the quality of being in the channels and vessels.

मांस में प्रवेश करके यह वसा को विभाजित करता है, और सार लेकर यह सिरा और स्नायु में रहने की गुण प्राप्त करता है।
