ऋतुस्तु द्वादशरात्रं भवति दृष्टार्तवः; अदृष्टार्तवाऽप्यस्तीत्येके भाषन्ते ॥६॥
The menstrual cycle lasts for twelve nights for a woman who has seen her menstruation; however, some say that menstruation can occur even when it is not visible.
