तत्रोपस्थितप्रसवायाः कटीपृष्ठं प्रति समन्ताद्वेदना भवत्यभीक्ष्णं पुरीषप्रवृत्तिर्मूत्रं प्रसिच्यते योनिमुखाच्छ्लेष्मा च ॥७॥
At that time, for the impending delivery, there is severe pain all around the back and abdomen; there is a discharge of feces and urine, and mucus is secreted from the vaginal opening.

उस समय, आने वाले प्रसव के लिए, पीठ और पेट के चारों ओर तीव्र दर्द होता है; मल और मूत्र का निष्कासन होता है, और योनि के मुख से श्लेष्मा का स्राव होता है।
