पायोः स्याद् द्व्यङ्गुले देशे गूढमूला सरुग्ज्वरा । भागन्दरीति विज्ञेया पिडकाऽतो विपर्ययात् ॥११॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptयानयानान्मलोत्सर्गात् कण्डूरुग्दाहशोफवान् । पायुर्भवेद्रुजः कट्यां पूर्वरूपं भगन्दरे ॥१२॥
Due to the discharge of various types of impurities, the pain, itching, burning sensation, and swelling in the anus region are indicative of the premonitory symptoms of Bhagandara, which is similar to pain in the sacral region.

All types of Bhagandara are severe and difficult to treat. Among them, the one caused by an imbalance of the three Doshas or due to an injury is considered incurable.
