यानयानान्मलोत्सर्गात् कण्डूरुग्दाहशोफवान् । पायुर्भवेद्रुजः कट्यां पूर्वरूपं भगन्दरे ॥१२॥
Due to the discharge of various types of impurities, the pain, itching, burning sensation, and swelling in the anus region are indicative of the premonitory symptoms of Bhagandara, which is similar to pain in the sacral region.
