पायोः स्याद् द्व्यङ्गुले देशे गूढमूला सरुग्ज्वरा । भागन्दरीति विज्ञेया पिडकाऽतो विपर्ययात् ॥११॥
A pustule with a hidden root and associated with a painful swelling within a space of two fingers' width is recognized as a type of Bhagandara. It should be identified as such due to its distinctive features.

यदि पिडका दो अंगुलों के क्षेत्र में गूढ़ जड़ और दर्दनाक सूजन के साथ होती है, तो इसे भगन्दर की एक प्रकार के रूप में पहचानना चाहिए। इसके विशेष लक्षणों के कारण इसे ऐसा माना जाता है।
