भवन्ति चात्र- उत्पद्यतेऽल्परुक् शोफात् क्षिप्रं चाप्युपशाम्यति । पाय्वन्तदेशे पिडका सा ज्ञेयाऽन्या भगन्दरात् ॥१०॥
There arises a slight pain and swelling, which quickly subsides. The pustule appearing in the area of the rectum should be understood as a different type from that of Bhagandara.

यहाँ एक हल्का दर्द और सूजन उत्पन्न होती है, जो जल्दी ही शांत हो जाती है। गुदा के क्षेत्र में दिखाई देने वाली पिडका भगन्दर से भिन्न प्रकार की मानी जाती है।
