घोराः साधयितुं दुःखाः सर्व एव भगन्दराः । तेष्वसाध्यस्त्रिदोषोत्थः क्षतजश्च भगन्दरः ॥१३॥
All types of Bhagandara are severe and difficult to treat. Among them, the one caused by an imbalance of the three Doshas or due to an injury is considered incurable.

सभी प्रकार के भगन्दर गंभीर और उपचार में कठिन होते हैं। इनमें से, त्रिदोषजन्य या क्षतजन्य भगन्दर को असाध्य माना जाता है।
