Generally, the three types of Ashmari (stones) are particularly common in children due to their fondness for daytime sleep, improper dietary habits, and a preference for sweet, cold, and heavy foods. These habits result in a lower capacity of the bladder and less developed musculature, leading to easier formation of stones. On the other hand, in adults, the Shukrashmari (seminal stone) is primarily due to seminal causes.

Due to excessive or improper sexual activity, the semen may become lodged in the body, unable to escape. This trapped semen is collected and retained between the bladder and the testes, causing obstruction and absorption. It results in blockage of the urinary tract, leading to difficult urination, pain in the bladder, and swelling in the testes. The condition is termed as Shukrashmari (seminal stone).
