भवन्ति चात्र- शर्करा सिकता मेहो भस्माख्योऽश्मरिवैकृतम् । अश्मर्या शर्करा ज्ञेया तुल्यव्यञ्जनवेदना ॥१३॥
Here, the condition of the stone is known as Sharkara. The symptoms are similar to those of the Ashmari, with the primary characteristic being that the Sharkara (gravel) is similar to a substance called Bhasma. The Sharkara is known for causing pain similar to that of Ashmari.

यहां, पत्थर की स्थिति को शर्करा के रूप में जाना जाता है। इसके लक्षण अश्मरी के समान होते हैं, मुख्य विशेषता यह है कि शर्करा (गिट्टी) बष्मा नामक पदार्थ के समान होती है। शर्करा के कारण होने वाला दर्द अश्मरी के दर्द के समान होता है।
