दह्यात्तत्र विषं स्कन्नं भूयो वेगाय कल्पते | एवमौषधिभिर्मन्त्रैः क्रियायोगैश्च यत्नतः ||५१||

When the dosha (humors) aggravate in the body due to the absorbed poison, the physician should treat it by administering oils and other remedies to balance the aggravated air (pitta and vata).

The physician should use oils, fish, and kulattha (horse gram), excluding sour substances, along with antidotes for poison, to treat the aggravated pitta. This should be done through decoctions, oils, and enemas that help alleviate pitta-related fever.

The physician should use antidotes that reduce kapha and destroy the pathologies caused by it. These should be combined with sour substances, and the diet should consist of bitter, dry, and astringent foods to counteract the effects of excess kapha.
