He trembles, becomes frightened, and looks around at others; his face turns pale, and even his nails may begin to break.

वह कांपता है, भयभीत हो जाता है, और दूसरों की ओर देखता है; उसका चेहरा पीला पड़ जाता है, और उसके नाखून भी टूटने लग सकते हैं।

The one who administers poison remains unconscious and acts contrary to what is intended. Some, out of fear of the king, or hastily, follow his commands.

जहर देने वाला बेहोश रहता है और नियत के विपरीत कार्य करता है। कुछ लोग राजा के डर से या जल्दबाजी से उसकी आज्ञाओं का पालन करते हैं।

Even those who are of wicked nature perform actions like ordinary humans. Therefore, kings should have their servants carefully examined.

जो दुष्ट स्वभाव के होते हैं वे भी सामान्य मनुष्यों की तरह ही कार्य करते हैं। इसलिए राजाओं को अपने सेवकों की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करानी चाहिए।
