वर्तते विपरीतं तु विषदाता विचेतनः । केचिद्भयात् पार्थिवस्य त्वरिता वा तदाज्ञया ॥२३॥
The one who administers poison remains unconscious and acts contrary to what is intended. Some, out of fear of the king, or hastily, follow his commands.
