दुर्वान्तो वा दुर्विरिक्तोऽपि वा स्यात् कुष्ठी दोषैरुद्धतैर्व्याप्तदेहः । निःसन्दिग्धं यात्यसाध्यत्वमाशु तस्मात् कृत्स्नान्निर्हरेत्तस्य दोषान् ॥४२॥

Whether the leprosy is caused by an impure condition or an external factor, when the body is filled with prominent doshas, it clearly indicates that the condition is incurable. Therefore, one should promptly expel all those doshas after bathing completely.

english translation

चाहे कुष्ठ का कारण दूषित स्थिति हो या बाहरी कारक, जब शरीर प्रमुख दोषों से भरा हो, तो यह स्पष्ट रूप से बताता है कि यह अवस्था असाध्य है। इसलिए, एक को पूर्ण स्नान करने के बाद तुरंत उन सभी दोषों को बाहर निकाल देना चाहिए।
