अस्मादूर्ध्वं निःस्रुते दुष्टरक्ते जातप्राणं सर्पिषा स्नेहयित्वा । तीक्ष्णैर्योगैश्छर्दयित्वा प्रगाढं पश्चाद्दोषं निर्हरेच्चाप्रमत्तः ॥४१॥

From this, when dealing with troublesome blood that has become impure, one should mix with ghee and treat it with oils that are sharp and potent. After inducing vomiting, one should carefully expel the deep-seated doshas with diligence.

english translation

इससे, जब परेशान रक्त जो दूषित हो गया है, के साथ व्यवहार करते हैं, तब घी के साथ मिलाकर तीव्र और प्रभावी औषधियों से उसका इलाज करना चाहिए। उल्टी प्रेरित करने के बाद, एक को ध्यानपूर्वक गहरे स्थान पर स्थित दोषों को बाहर निकालना चाहिए।
