पूतीकार्कस्नुङ्नरेन्द्रद्रुमाणां मूत्रैः पिष्टाः पल्लवाः सौमनाश्च । लेपः श्वित्रं हन्ति दद्रूर्व्रणांश्च दुष्टान्यर्शांस्येष नाडीव्रणांश्च ॥४०॥

A paste made from the urine of the pure and fragrant Narendradruma trees, mixed with the tender shoots of the Saumanasa plant, is an effective remedy. This application removes leucoderma and heals severe wounds, as well as difficult-to-heal wounds.

शुद्ध और सुगंधित नरेंद्रद्रुमों के मूत्र से बनाई गई एक पेस्ट, जिसमें सौमनसा पौधे की कोमल टहनियाँ मिलाई गई हैं, एक प्रभावी उपाय है। यह लेप श्वित्र (कुष्ठ) को समाप्त करता है और गंभीर घावों, साथ ही कठिनाई से ठीक होने वाले घावों को भी भरता है।
